Shipping & Processing Times
All items are handmade to order and carefully packaged. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Greece: 2–5 business days (via ELTA or ACS Courier)

  • European Union: 5–10 business days (via ELTA or DHL)

  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once your package ships.

Shipping Costs:

  • Greece: €3 flat rate / Free over €50

  • EU Countries: €8 flat rate / Free over €80

  • International: €14 flat rate / Free over €100

Shipping times may vary slightly due to customs or peak seasons.

Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your order is delayed, please contact us at hello@[yourbrand].com. We will assist you in locating the package, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.
